| A 5% Stamp Duty must be paid as
per the Bombay Stamp Act, 1958. The purchaser of the flat must pay
this duty.
Registration.
The stamp duty paid document has to be registered
under the Indian Registration Act with the sub-registar of Assurances,
of that particular area where the property is situated.
